The main differences between a residence permit for an investor
  • Deadline for obtaining a residence permit
This process usually takes about 6 months. However, in Spain and Cyprus it is possible to obtain a residence permit earlier, in 2–3 months.
  • Residence permit for family members
All programs provide the opportunity to include the investor’s spouse, as well as minor children of the family, in the application. However, Portugal, Malta, Greece and Spain also allow adult children and parents to participate in the program.
Where can I get a residence permit for investment?
We remove visa restrictions and help at all stages
To select the right country, you must determine your goals and limitations. For example, if the goal is to live in Spain, then a Spanish residence permit would be a suitable option. If the goal is to obtain citizenship in the European Union with minimal costs and without the need to reside in the country, then the best choice would be to obtain a residence permit in Portugal when investing.
It is also important to pay attention to the possible benefits each program provides, such as access to the labor market, educational opportunities, health services, and conditions for subsequent citizenship. A thorough study of all these aspects will help you make an informed decision and choose the most suitable residence permit program
