Costs for the investor
1. Investment funds
The investor must prepare significant funds to invest in the Austrian economy, starting from the established minimum amount defined in the investment immigration program.
2. Fees for the services of legal consultants
To successfully complete the investment immigration program, an investor may require the services of legal consultants, which may also entail additional costs.
3.Administrative and legal fees
An investor should consider the administrative and legal fees associated with applying for citizenship and accompanying the registration process.
4.Other expenses
In addition, the investor may face other costs such as relocation to Austria, rental housing, insurance and other necessary expenses to participate in the program.
The investment immigration program is aimed at successful foreigners, as it requires significant investments in the country's economy. The need for investment in the real sector of the economy and the creation of new jobs is emphasized, which contributes to stable tax revenues to the state budget.
Procedure for obtaining Austrian citizenship
The company "Ways to Europe" analyzes investor documents. This process is confidential and takes only one business day. Thanks to pre-verification, the risk of failure for our clients is reduced to 1%.
The completed package of documents is sent to the program department or other authorized government body. The applicant pays the Due Diligence fee and the due diligence process begins. All family members over 16 years of age undergo this process.
6 weeks after the investment condition is fulfilled, a passport and a certificate of naturalization are issued. They are sent by mail to the address specified by the investor.
